1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words are used with the meanings given below:

• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on or is using the platform.

• 33hb reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

4 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 33hb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• A rule may apply requiring withdrawals to be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed. Only the account holder's own payment account may be used.
• 33hb does not charge any transaction fee on deposits, however the payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposited funds are reflected in the account once system verification is complete.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is in place, the withdrawal may be held until the wagering requirements are met.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

The 33hb VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

Progress through VIP tiers depends on activity and usage on the platform. Cashback is added to the account automatically and its own wagering terms apply. 33hb reserves the right to change the details of VIP benefits.

8 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised third-party tools.
• Any attempt to cheat the gaming system.
• Bonus abuse — taking advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts or payment methods.
• Harassing, threatening or causing harm to other users.
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting any error or technical issue to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised use or copying of 33hb's intellectual property.

If any of the above activities are detected, 33hb may suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without notice.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

33hb may suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If documents requested for verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority for security or legal reasons.
